Purchased from another seller, tried on, but haven't been able to make it work in my wardrobe.
Please note: the original waist ribbon has been replaced as the one that came with the dress was wrinkled/creased and noticeably fraying.
Also, I only noticed it while inspecting the dress, but it looks like there is some hand-stitching at the very bottom (not noticeable from far away).
Other than this, the dress appears to be in great condition. OP is empire-waisted.
I am more than happy to do any additional inspection or take photos upon request.

Bust: 32 - 40" (recommend not more than 36")
Waist: 25 - 35" (recommend not more than 31")
