Good condition, no flaws that I can spot (aside from being somewhat wrinkly). However, this is an older and used item, so I may have missed something - expect a chance that I might have missed something if you choose to purchase.
Please note that the smaller bow pin is not original (however, the belt and larger bow pin are!), it is a replacement.
Also note that I do not know the exact release year of this dress, but all of them seem to be overall identical.

It looks like the cheapest tracked service is express at $55 - usually I'd use a slightly cheaper tracked service, but it looks like it's not available to Mexico.
