Condition is OK, some feeling of wear. Note that the belt is not original, it is a replacement. Because of this, I should also note that there is a seam about 3/4 along the length of the belt, which results in a bulge around that area - it's not noticeable when tied at the back of a bow loop. See photo 7 for color/texture differences (they are minimal). Additionally, while at a glance I can't see any serious flaws, I might have missed something, so please be aware of this if you choose to purchase.
Release year unknown, the lace matches MM's stock photos (occasionally newer releases change lace/trimmings, so it may be an older one).
