Missing BOTH waist ties and one button, major torn on the dress, may have shrunk during wash

Used and washed several times and stored away afterwards. Due to the nature of the cloth this piece is quite wrinkled and may have shrunk during washes, but I cannot tell. A torn to the right side on the back of the dress left by the missing button that’s been ripped away from. No other visible damages or scratches other than those mentioned above.
