- I ship within Australia only: this is because I do not want to be liable for loss of overseas packages + costs shipping outside Australia are NUTS thanks to COVID. - All items are kept away from smoke, my family has pets but my lolita is usually stored FAR away from them. - I will ship within 1wk of payment being sent -If you receive an item with un-listed defects or damage, PLEASE let me know right away. I try my best to note every flaw, but some things go unnoticed; and damage can occur during shipping. - I will do my best to help you if the package gets lost (e.g checking with postal service etc.) but once it is shipped it is mostly out of my hands! -If a listing has been up a while I would likely be okay with trading for other items!

Hi, I'm so sorry but I generally don't ship overseas as it would likely be more than the cost of the listing itself ;; It ended up selling to someone here in Aus, I do apologise!
