This is a 2009 Angelic Pretty Miracle Candy skirt in black! I coorded it with a Bodyline size M blouse I never use. They look fantastic together, don’t you think? Please message me with any questions! The items may need a little lint rolling - I did wash them both. The blouse has shirring for you, as well as the skirt. There are signs of use at the foot of the OTK. Happy shopping!
