MINT NeKO Cookie Tights
I bought these tights because they are cute, but never wore them because they don't go well with my wardrobe. The other tights I bought from this brand fit ok because I'm short, but not comfortably that I would like.
For reference, I have a ~31" waist, ~38" hips, and my height is ~5ft. These have a decent amount of stretch but the design will look less colorful when stretched.
Would recommend for someone that is small and slimmer thighs.

- 8" Waist to crotch
