Cherry JSK by SweetAddictions in mint/aqua. Very light cotton with a cute cherry print and detachable waist bow. Worn once. This was one of my first dresses and would be good for a beginner.

Waist:60-115cm
Lenght: 95cm
I wouldn't push it much past 110 bust though.
I no longer have the tiny bow. It was not constructed well and looked bad in person on the jsk.
