I have a couple of questions about this listing: First, how much would shipping be to Illinois (62629)? And second, do you have any more pictures of the shoes showing the location of any scuff marks, etc.? Thank you! :)

Shipping is $8.85, and I've added pictures of the damage to the listing. There's a scuff on the toe of the left shoe, and on the sides there's abrasions from bending the shoe while walking.
