Condition:
- 4 minor stains found on the skirt and sleeve cuff part of the dress. Not obvious when worn. Not sure if it can be removed as I've never tried to remove them.
- The elastics on the shoulder are completely off, can be easily fixed by replacing them/ approach a tailor.
