I can't remember where I bought this, but I know it is handmade. Each side measures about 7" and is secured under the chin with a velvet ribbon tie. The ribbon ties measure about 25" long. The ribbon ends originally didn't have anything to stop them from fraying so when I noticed the edges fraying, I have put on some fray stopper on the ends.

Because the hat is made of felt, there may be some lint stuck to the hat but I have gone over it with a lint remover and have tried to remove as much lint as I can. Otherwise, no rips, tears, or stains.
