The neckties are remove-able as well as the organza outer layer. Snaps on the neckties have been reattached, manufacture attachment was not secure.
Fabric is a soft cotton and the print is absolutely Stunning!

It is a size small, Measurements on Lolibrary 86cm bust, 90cm length, 68cm waist. Fits accurate to these measurements
