New without tags. Tried on once, never worn out. Includes matching headbow. This is a very cute print but the cut isn't the best for my body type, so I'd like it to go to someone who will appreciate it more.  This is the long version with attached underskirt.  Comes with matching headbow.  My dressform was a little large for this dress so I didn't zip things up all the way in my proof photos to avoid stressing out the fabric - please check the reference link for more flattering photos of this JSK being worn.  It really is cute!

Measurements are as follows:
- Bust:  88 cm
- Waist: 76 cm (this is a high-waisted JSK)
- Length:  100 cm
