Beautiful Millenoirs corset skirt with boning and toggles to lift or lower the bustles. Purchased secondhand, I've worn it a few times but it's in great condition with no damage.

It can be shortened by raising the bustles (see stock photo) or let down for a feminie aristo look. It's floor length when I wear it with the bustles down (I'm 155 cm tall) and just below knee length when pulled up.
