I am selling this item for a friend, the item is in my custody and I'm handling the entire transaction. Some questions may take a couple of days before I can give you an answer.

My friend bought this at ClosetChild in 2017 and that's all we know about it. Couldn't find it on Lolibrary, Millefleurs blog or in GLB (I quickly flipped through my complete collection). If you know anything about it you're welcome to drop a comment. Unlined, zips up in the front, the entire skirt can be opened by zipper.
