Sleeves are detachable, lots of D ring to play with for length adjustment. Shoulder strips are adjustable too.
It's been 20 years but no flaws. Even the rings are still shining. The"leather" part is not pu and it won't peel. I washed it in washing machine upon receiving and hang dry, no issue at all easy to take care.
