Bought last year but the bodice is waaaay too high waisted for me. 

2nd row of shirring is stretched out, I bought it that way and shown in the second photo. I have only kept it in my closet. I could not find any snags or runs~ Besides the stretched out shirring, it's in very good condition.

The waist ties are included, I just did not attach them for the photo :) 

I will go down to $150 if you buy another item i'm selling!
