This is Angelic Pretty's Milky Star Knit Cardigan in the sax colourway.
Brought off Mercari Japan but never used by myself as it doesn't fit. The previous owner's description stated they haven't worn it either, so the condition is like new. I have inspected it to the best of my ability and no visible damage was found. The replacement button is still attached to the inner tag. The fabric is a smooth, sparkly acrylic blend that doesn't stretch much.
For fitting comparison since it doesn't fit me, my measurements are 93cm bust, 78 cm waist and 41cm shoulder width.

"Cheapest shipping as an ordinary letter is around 15 AUD, otherwise as a registered letter it will be around 45 AUD. I think both come with tracking but perhaps registered letter could be faster? I dunno"
