Navy colorway A/P shop limited item

This is one of my grail dresses, but there is no shirring on the dress. Every time I go to alter this I just can't. It's too lovely the way it is. So it is with great reluctance I let this go.

So we have for grabs the Milky Rail Train Nella Dress Set in NAVY colorway. This is not black, and will not match your black Milky Rail Train items. It is the full set minus the extra separate ordered pieces. There is the dress, a vest, a flower pin, and a neck ribbon tie. I will not split the items.
