I bought it from Onegaishi, I am not the first person to own this dress. 

I did tried it on but it felt tight. It still has glitter on it and did not find any issues with it.

I do have pets but they do not get near my wardrobe.  I would say the last picture is the most accurate color in person. It has the waist ties and ties.
