I think the owner's bust note on Lolibrary is accurate as this jsk has shirring and it fit me comfortably at a 90 cm bust and a 70 cm waist.

there's still some glitter on the print it's hard to pick up on camera but I feel like a majority of the original glitter fell off during wash.
