According to the seller I purchased this JSK from, the print is called Witch Night, and the tag inside confirms it is from Taobao brand Milky Mew. I cannot find any official information about this dress, however, the measurements as according to the original seller are as follows:
Size L, Bust 92, waist 74
The dress features partial back shirring, with ribbon lacing over it, a detachable black bow, and waist ties. It is definitely a synthetic fabric and lining. Perfect for a simple Halloween coord.
