**Relist because buyer backed out**

I bought this when I first fell in love with lolita. I've been hoping for soooooo long that my arms would fit this dress. This was my ultimate dream dress. I'm too nervous to get the arms altered due to the way its half seethrough. Please only buy if you have thin arms. Even after losing 40 lbs I can't fit my arms in this dress. My upper arms are about 10 inches circumference I would recommend having 9 inches circumference or under to fit this dress. The previous owner lined the seams because she said they were itchy. I'll include photo. One small stain that could probably get out, I just haven't tried yet.
