Refurbished, but still damaged. The entire top part of the cross was refurbished with a similar faux leather fabric that's much hardier then the og faux leather. Still has peeling on the zipper liner, back, sides of the cross, near the rings for the straps, and the strap. It's missing the pearl chain. Absolutely beautiful, but I'm too clumsy to use it.
