overall pretty good condition for its age
there are a few damages such as brown stains and fading on one side of the skirt (see pictures)
these are all damages that were not disclosed when i bought the dress and i have not tried to treat the stains at all
i have an amateur eye so i may have missed something else
comes with waist ties and neck ties 
the elastic is in good condition!
need it gone ASAP
