I am a shopping service and I wanted to explain and breakdown the price to disclose how much money I would make on this item:
Bag= 17,380 yen = about $165 after tax (since I have a visa I can't get tax free)
Global Express shipping (the only way to get guaranteed delivery confirmation) = about $35
Paypal and foreign transaction fees= around $12
Fee for exporting commercial goods= around $8-12
So in total, I pay about $224 to ship this item out of Japan. This does not include the cost of transit, or the amount of time it takes to acquire specific items, especially since this was purchased on the release. I am making, at most $15-20 for spending several hours waiting, buying, shipping, and filling out customs forms, which btw if I make mistakes on could get me deported from Japan. If it were not for the following reasons it would not be worth it to me.
1. While I don't make much on the actual sales, it does help me by building up store points. For every $900I spend, I get $30 off my next purchase. However, the purchase must be $100 or more, and cannot include any items from the current release, or any unique print items. I mostly use this to buy blouses, tights, purses, and wristcuffs.
2. Being a regular high spending customer lets me get access to special event tickets. They are expensive (about $200 for teas), but as a foreigner in Japan, if I were not such a regular customer it would be essentially impossible to get these tickets. And the events in Japan are FANTASTIC!
3. I shop for my friends mostly, and I know the frustration they have. Pretty much all shops in Japan stock their overseas stores with whatever is left, that's why AP USA will often not get any of a certain color or cut. I want to move items into the LaceMarket sphere and into the global lolita market. This item, in particular, is extremely difficult to get in the US market.
I love Lolita, and I spend an incredible amount of time and energy acquiring these items. If you've read this far I really appreciate it. Being a shopper is hard. The stores are exhausting, and often not too friendly to even Japanese speaking foreigners. We wait for hours and hours to acquire items and help people get their dream coords, and we often deal with flaking buyers and take financial losses. Please be kind and do the math before criticizing the price.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
I am open to international shipping for most items. Unless the listing states "free international shipping" only the price of US shipping is included in my items. Message me where you are and I will deduct the cost of US shipping from international fees. So if I planned to pay $10 for US shipping, and shipping to your country is $25, then I will only charge you an additional $15 for international shipping. Depending on customs regulations, I may not be able to ship items over a certain value to your country. For most items I list the value as the sale price or angelic pretty Tokyo's list price, whichever is least. However, for all items requiring insurance ($300 or more) I cannot reduce the declared value from the sales price. Please take the time to carefully calculate any potential duties or fees for importing items from the United States BEFORE bidding or buying my auctions.
PAYMENT:
I will invoice you on PayPal after you purchase the listing. Please pay within 3 days, otherwise I may re-list the item.
Non-payment is really rude and genuinely unacceptable. Sellers on lacemarket invest a lot of time into our listings, and when a buyer backs out, we then have to relist the item from scratch. Please don't do this.

I spend about 6 months of my year in Tokyo, and I am pretty well known as a solid shopping service. If you have a specific item in mind and a reasonable budget I can probably find it. Please do not message me wanting to pay below $300 for items like Honey Cake or Cat's Tea Party. But if there's a certain something you've been looking for for ages, I have access to both the Japanese and Chinese resale market, and can probably get it for you at a reasonable cost.

I'm charging a $20 premium after foreign transaction fees and transit. I spent over 3 hours waiting in line, in one of the most crowded malls in Shibuya. My price is more than fair.

This isn't even accounting for the price of my time in Tokyo, or the fact that since I'm on a visa I have to pay to send commercial goods abroad.
