Adorable sailor OP in Navy x White with ruffle tiers in the back from Japanese indie brand Milky Ange. The detachable bow in front has a small stain (pictured), but otherwise this OP is is good condition!

Do you think this could be tightened to fit a 75cm waist without looking too odd/baggy? I ask because I prefer my dresses a bit on the tighter side. Thank you for your help!
