I bought this item secondhand on Fril and have worn it a couple of times, just not my style anymore. The previous owner stated that they had only tried it on once, but that there was another owner prior to that. Skirt is made of unlined cotton, the fabric and elastic are still crisp. Fully elastic waistband allows it to fit a variety of sizes comfortably!
This item works as an underskirt to add a bit of length, or on its own for super cute old school casual look.
