It has very generous full shirring in the back, fits me incredibly comfortable at a 105 cm bust, waist is free size. Lolibrary listing does not have a max size, but I am confident it can fit up to 110-115 without issue. The waist ties are definitely included, I just do not have them pictured. SHIPPING IS INCLUDED FOR US BUYERS. I have pets, so if you're extremely allergic take caution. I do not let my animals sleep on my clothing or in my closet of course, but just be aware.
