~ No holds/payment plans on items under 100 CAD. This has now become a hard-fast rule for me. If it's over 100 CAD then we can arrange weekly payments for up to 6 weeks. ~Make sure to pay the invoice in full (barring payment plans) in 48 hours or so. If something has come up, you can message me about it and we'll go from there. When it comes to unresponsive buyers, I will cancel any sale that goes unpaid for more than 3 days. ~There may be a few stray cat hairs on the clothes from my dearly departed cat, but not much. If you're deathly allergic then chances are buying from me isn't a safe bet. My house is 100% smoke-free as my family are the first occupants and none of us smoke anything. ~I ship things out with relative speed, about 1-3 days after I receive your payment. Things like holidays, sickness, extra shifts etc. impact this and I will tell you the ETA during the buying process. ~No refunds or exchanges after shipment!!! I get that s##t happens and you might need to back out during the buying process but once it's shipped there is nothing I can do. If you can't fit into it or you don't like it anymore then it is your responsibility to resell it on your own terms. ~American shipping can be anywhere from 21 to 29 CAD due to things like state remoteness, I will need your address before invoicing to make sure the estimate is accurate down to the dime. ~I default to tracked, 1-2 week shipping. If you need priority or a cheaper untracked option then please discuss it with me. Insurance is sometimes included in the price (mostly for American shipping) but sometimes it will be extra (often for domestic shipping). It's completely optional and up to your discretion, and I usually double-check with you before sending the invoice. I am not responsible for it getting lost or damaged by the postal service (it is a very rare occurrence, however). ~Feel free to negotiate international shipping with me, just be advised that it can be ridiculously pricey and I am NOT comfortable with declaring a lower value/marking it as a gift for VAT reduction purposes. I can't ship to certain countries (Israel, Afghanistan, etc.) for... Obvious reasons.
