I bought this skirt secondhand from Yahoo Japan Auctions and have worn it maybe once or twice. Unfortunately, it's quite long on me and I don't wear it often. The long length and fully shirred waistband make this skirt quite comfortable and ideal for taller and plus sized lolitas! It can fit up to approximately a 36" waist.
