bust 17 inches flat, can stretch to 20 inches flat

Hi. I'm not completely sure if I am measuring it right, but I got 12.5 inches flat. I measured from the start of the sleeve on the left side to the start of the sleeve on the right side.

Ack I saw this on a website that just closed temporarily due to Covid. Their photo looked minty colored but your photos look more grayish-blue 😩 do you think the color would match cream cookie collection?? Can you maybe take a photo of it outside in the sun so I can see the color?
