Gorgeous white blouse from MILK. Bought used, but I've only tried it on. Has an adorable necktie with a metallic star and moon on each end. Neck tie is actually two pieces attached by buttons hidden under the collar making it a lot easier to tie neatly than a regular neck tie. Collar and cuffs feature white sequins. All buttons except those hidden under the collar are star shaped and embedded with glitter. Fabric is soft and has a subtle texture.

Perfect to pair with any space or sky themed coordinate.
