Miho Matsuda tiered ruffle Etty skirt with a stretchy waist. 
I bought this off here a few months ago, I have never worn it. 
It's in great condition, with no sign of wear.
Its a very plus size-friendly skirt as it has a good stretch.

The waist is 22" flat and can stretch to a 44" waist
Length is 48 cm front and 73 cm back
