For whatever reason, I cannot find any info about this set anymore! I do know it is MIHO MATSUDA, and the blouse is at least called IBUKI. So, this is what I'll label it as.
This will come as this set: the headdress, the blouse, and matching skirt. The material is a bit thin, but still comfortable, so it would be best to wear it in moderate temperatures.
