This is a black briefcase bag by Miho Matsuda. This purse is used. I would say the flaws in it come from storage rather that wear. It was stored empty and as such when empty has a bit of a flattened look. The bottom corners also have signs of wear. The hand straps don't have wear on them and the inside is clean. The material used for the bag feels really nice and not old or worn and the zipper pulls don't have damage or marks and are in excellent condition, which is why it say it appears to have been mostly stored, though I don't know for sure as I'm not the first owner. I have only used it two times.
