This is a velvet skirt with gold-coloured printing on it
it is fairly old so the print may not be as robust but overall it's still gorgeous
The brand is MEW, which is an old Korean indie brand related to Lief from what I can tell
I bought it from a bring-and-buy sale a few years ago
It is partially shirred with a side zip and will come with a separate fabric belt
