I am the first owner, this has been worn a fair handful of times, but it's Meta, which means it's very sturdy and in fantastic condition, no signs of wear or anything. Fabric is a lightweight-yet-durable polyester chambray and it's lined with a more satiny polyester. Two very roomy pockets, easily fit a phone and then some, and pretty much everything is detachable (the decorative sash, the suspenders, the garters, the belt).
Based on my experience, this fits up to 80cm waist (maaaybe up to 82cm, but it could be tight) and hips are fairly free, mine fit at 103cm with a little bit of ease. The detachable garters are a lot less flexible, despite having a bit of an elastic, so I never wore them, but let me know if you'd like those measured too.
Comes from a smoke free house that occasionally has a cat that doesn't go anywhere near my wardrobe.
