These bloomers are 100% cotton with a very stretch elastic waistband. They fit me well at a 25in waist, but could easily fit someone with a waist size +/- 2 or 3 inches. There are some minor stains on the bloomers particularly on the outer area of one leg and around the waist/leg elastic. I have tried to photograph the damages, but they are very light. Please note this when buying. Please rest assured that before sending them out, these will be hand washed and line-dried. Please plan your purchase accordingly; if you need a rush order, please specifically tell me you do not want to item laundered.
