Acquired secondhand from eBay and modified shirring in back to be more generous. I miscalculated the panel and it has two areas of exposed elastic; rushed to have this ready for a meet-up and just haven't had an opportunity to go back and refinish - worn two times. This is a great project for someone handy with a sewing machine and a seam ripper. If you don't feel up to fixing it, the waist ties do a great job hiding these imperfections. It's a really cute skirt, I'm just not wearing sweet anymore. Overall great wear condition!
