A velveteen Metamorphose skirt and matching headdress. The skirt has a little bit of shirring, but not recommended for anyone over a 30 in waist. 

Please note that one of the cameos on the bows is a little loose. This skirt was purchased in 2011, worn a couple of times, then placed in storage.
