Black velveteen skirt by metamorphose.
Bought 2nd hand, unworn by me. Comes with a detachable velvet bow with pearl detail. Note on second photo: It looks washed out to show the detail but it is black. The nature of the fabric makes it attract fuzz, I will lint roller the crap out of it before I pack it up. I have not worn this skirt myself. Waist Measurement: 12" flat, up to 13" stretched (or waist measurement 24" to 26")
