Adorable velveteen OP with gorgeous lace details and many removable bows for customization! Purchased secondhand, worn once and in good condition with a couple minor flaws. The previous owner removed a couple of the waist tie buttons (or they fell off) and reattached them with safety pins. I received the dress this way and it has caused a few small puncture holes around the buttons. I've sewn the buttons back on but the holes are still visible, though not very noticeable. There is also a small scuff on the velvet on the front of the skirt, but it is also not very noticeable.
