Old School black velvet underbust JSK with a bustle and beautiful white cotton lace.

Bought from closet child years ago when i first started.
Has been cleaned to the best of my ability since it is a velvet dress and cannot be washed completely.
It's a very flattering underbust cut. It takes a good amount of poof very well! I recommend a hoop skirt since it's so heavy because of the bustle in the back.

30'' bust
28'' waist
it has corset lacing and some shirring.

The dress is heavy so the shipping is a little more expensive.
I have two cats, the dress is kept in a closet separate from them and I have lint rolled it, but again because of the material I cannot guarantee anything 100%
