Damage: I've cut off the tulle lace off the bodice and removed the shirring elastic ( don't ask, i found that more comfortable for whatever reason ). Just noticed some loose threads due to it, but I don't have matching thread to fix it. Other than that the fabric just feels fairly old.
Bodice: Bust 90cm max, waist 86 cm max, straps adjustable.
Skirt: waist 70-90cm, length 60cm.

The waist tie inserts like a belt, comes with 3 clip in bodice bows, had two smaller skirt bows, I only found one so far, not sure if I ever owned the second but I'll look for it some more.
