Short sleeves, wide peter pan collar, neck tie, little satin bows,back shirring. Worn once for a very short time.
Has short puff sleeves (cuffs are elasticized), a wide peter pan collar with two rows of frills, waist ties, a neck tie, and three small cute satin bows sewn to the front.
Waist ties and neck tie are detachable. Back is partially shirred. The beige color is light and subtle.

Bought NWT from LaceMarket, although the seller didn't mention a slight mark on the left collar. I have only worn this once and hadn't tried to remove the light mark (pencil?), but I'm sure it will come out if you tried. See pictures.
