Hello! This is a bit tricky because while the skirt is fully shirred with no zipper the belt is adjustable but has a max fixed length under the skirt measurement and very difficult to remove from the skirt. The skirt itself is ~24-38in waist measurement and the belt is ~33in. max. I hope this answers your question!
