Metamorphose tiered ribbon skirt.

Flat measurements: 20 inch waist and 21.5 inch length. Please note these are amateur measurements and may be off by a bit.

I loved this skirt so much. It has a little built-in petticoat for some body on its own but with the right full petti underneath you'll get that perfect fluffy bell shape. I snipped all but one piece of the elastic in the waist of this too but the opening is right at the seam so that you could feed a new one through if desired or just loop a ribbon through instead. Fits me and my girlfriend at a size 17/18 with room to spare and can be cinched smaller.
