Hi, I can't find the official measurements so I made very rough measurements myself (I'm not very good at taking measurements for dresses, sorry about that)
It's 40cm for shoulder width, 43.3cm in bust (measured laying flat, so double that), 32cm waist (laying flat), and there are more space for bust and waist as you can see the shirrings at the back.
The total length of the dress is 97cm, the trail is 101cm at it's longest.
