You can see the official measurements from Meta on the website link https://metamorphose.gr.jp/en/product/3329 Length: BC-72cm(28.3in)+5cm(2.0in) Bust: 86cm(33.9in) * stretchy with the shirred back Waist: 70cm(27.6in) * stretchy with the shirred back Skirt Length: 55cm(21.7in)+frill-5cm(2.0in). Full shirring makes it very stretchy, definitely over 100cm.
